Operator
Run heavy equipment on land clearing, excavation, and grading projects across SW Virginia. Experience preferred but we’ll train the right person. Full-time, year-round work.
Dump Truck Driver
Drive our dump trucks hauling material to and from job sites. CDL required. Reliable, on-time, and safety-focused. Steady local routes throughout the Roanoke Valley.
Project Manager
Manage active job sites, coordinate crews and schedules, and serve as the point of contact for customers. Construction or earthworks experience required. Lead from the field.
